Sybil applies a novel blend of organisational and health psychology to leadership capability assessment and development. She excels at providing feedback and coaching that helps individuals and teams address pressing behavioural issues. Sybil is also our psychometric instrument advisor. Coupled with her work with the Department of Employment Education and Training, Issues Deliberation Australia and IPS Worldwide, Sybil also has engaged in student counselling, teacher support and project work at Genazzano FCJ, St Josephs North Melbourne, Caulfield Grammar and Xavier College
