our people

10 years ago TriSigma was founded by a small group of experienced human resource practitioners to combine a range of specialist capabilities not often found in a small consulting firm. This formula continues to be successful in meeting the needs of our diverse client base. The diversity of our capabilities can be seen in the following biographies.

Stephen Graham

Stephen has a long successful career in workplace change and employee relations in robust industrial environments including the print & publishing, automotive, retailing, logistics, health and aerospace sectors. Stephen's approach to bringing about change is based on his belief that the adversarial model rarely serves the parties well and that aligning agendas and discovering shared interests is more likely to achieve lasting, positive results.

Peter Halcomb

Peter specialises in organisational design and performance & reward programme reform. Peter has developed methodologies that take a holistic approach to analysing, developing & implementing change. These methodologies incorporate all elements affecting organisational performance, including business strategy, accountabilities, behavioural drivers and historical indicators of performance, capability, performance planning and assessment. Before joining as a partner of TriSigma, Peter had a long and successful career in one of Australian's largest icon corporate brands and with a large human resource consultancy.

Dr. Graeme Hyman

Graeme recently joined TriSigma as a Partner after a number of years acting as a consultant to the firm. Graeme further strengthens the technical rigour and research basis of our methodologies and programme development work. Graeme is our psychological services practice lead. As the previous Director of the Monash University Centre for Applied and Professional Psychology, Graeme led ground-breaking work in benchmarking and database issues surrounding Assessment Centres and competency development. Graeme is both a health and sports psychologist with a particular interest in psychometrics, the identification and measurement of human performance, using scale and questionnaire techniques.

Dr. Sybil McLean

Sybil applies a novel blend of organisational and health psychology to corporate leadership capability assessment and development. She excels at providing feedback and coaching to help individuals and teams address pressing behavioural and personal growth issues. She is also experienced in mediation. Sybil has an extensive track record in post-trauma psychological support and with employee assistance programmes. Sybil has also undertaken research and coaching for secondary student leadership roles.

Dr. David Moore

David is a conflict management, mediation and organisational governance specialist. He has a successful track record with Defence, State & Federal Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, State & Private Education peak bodies in Australia, Canada and the USA, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Solicitor General’s Department, the UK Home Office and numerous Indigenous bodies in Australia and Canada, plus highly recognisable corporate brands in Australia. David has published widely in the area of organisational governance and conflict management. His work inspired the three plays of David Williamson’s “Jack Manning Trilogy (1999 – 2001), and Michael Rymer’s award-winning film Face to Face (2011).
